From next 20th July 2010, it will be compulsory in the labelling of some foods with artificial colourings to warn that these colourings “may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children”. This will force some companies across the sector to reformulate their products composition.
In elmar we get ahead of this regulation and nowadays all of our precooked products processed in our factory are artificial colourings free.
You can taste our breadcrumbed squid stripes, shrimps fried in batter or squid rings fried in batter, with our quality guarantee and having the same delicious flavour.
