Grilled marinated swordfish
Swordfish Slices
Ingredients
800g of elmar swordfish slices, 2 glasses of white wine, 1 sprig of thyme, 3 sheets of laurel, flour, onion, pepper, vinegar, olive oil and salt.
Preparation method
Prepare a marinade with the white wine, two spoonfuls of vinegar, two spoonfuls of oil, the thyme, chopped laurel, pepper, salt and a little water.
Place the defrosted swordfish slices in the marinade prepared for two hours. Then remove and drain the slices. Sauté some chopped onion in a pot until transparent, sieve the marinade liquid, add and leave it on the hob for 5 minutes. Flour the slices and shallow fry them. Serve the slices with the sauce made as described above.
